Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Your confidence matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best possible solution

Incorrect Address Policy

To protect both our customers and our business, we cannot amend shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

• Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout

• Serenity LDN is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address

• If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee
